Levels 5 to 10
Lease a business, buy a house, and climb the pimp and tow ladders. Level 10 is 5,000 XP.
At total level 5: groups and businesses
/creategroup makes a permanent group for owning things together. A group can hold up to
three business slots.
/businesses leases a business slot for 7, 14, 21 or 30 real days:

The cheapest lease is $17,500: a car wash for 7 days.
- The safe. Earnings wait in a safe you collect in person. Leave it a day and it earns at 60%.
- Jobs keep it running. A run-down business earns a quarter of what it could. Business jobs pay the crew $3,000 to $4,800, or $6,000 to $10,000 for a hit on a rival, and 40 Business XP.
- Reputation. Reputation 1 comes after 2 jobs. Reputation 3, after about 22, gives you a second slot.
Buy a house
The goal pays $2,500 and 400 XP. You can spawn in your house, and H inside opens the owner menu. The city adds 2% stamp duty to the price; property tax skips the first $250,000 of a home’s value.

Fishing 7
About 35 keepers in, you can buy the large cooler. It carries 140 lb (63.5 kg); the small one carries 60 lb (27 kg) and your pockets 25 lb (11 kg). See Fishing.
Gear for banks
Lester sells to civilians:
- a hacking device ($15,000) makes every hack one step easier, but burns out one time in four;
- a laptop ($100,000) is two steps and never breaks;
- a USB drive ($3,500), used in the laptop, covers one failed hack.
